I _________________ authorize Allison Kordelia Step to hypnotize me in a session, as well as for any future hypnotherapy sessions that I may request. I understand that the success of my hypnotherapy session depends greatly on me and my subconscious mind. I understand that all results of my session depend greatly on me and my subconscious mind. I understand that if for whatever reason I am unable to visualize (imagine) or “go under” for my session there is no refund, and Allison will finish the session by engaging in coaching with me, which may or may not be as long as normal hypnosis session would have been.

 

I _________________ understand that if I sabotage the session by opening my eyes, trying to control the situation, fighting hypnosis off, or getting up and leaving in the middle of the session because of my fear or inability to let go it is fully on me. Allison Kordelia Step will still offer to hypnotize me one more time during the same session. If I am still not able to let go after that, Allison Kordelia Step will have to stop the session. I understand that I will be charged for the full session, no exceptions. No refund will be issued for that session.
